I have an LG front loading washing machine and got Best Equipment's name and number through LG customer service. I talked to Art on the phone and he explained that the repair cost of the 9 year machine would be near the cost of a new machine. While he never did any physical work, I'm giving him 5 stars for his honesty and his very knowledgeable answers to my questions.
